Nepenthes spathulata x edwardsiana temperate intricate venation

intricate venation

These would make a great foundation for any breeder program

The lower pitchers often darken as they mature

You get the stately shape and flared peristome of Nepenthes spathulata combined with rich coloration from the Giant form of Nepenthes spectabilis

Nepenthes spathulata x edwardsiana temperate intricate venationA very anticipated hybrid that does not dissappoint. Nepenthes spathulata x edwardsiana combines the shape of Nepenthes spathulata with the rigid toothiness of edwardsiana. We've found it a much easier grower than edwardsiana. This cross has been made twice, the first in Germany and again in the USA. Plants for sale are from the German cross and are seed grown, unique individual clones. This product is considered a Highland Tropical plant. Please see
