These Terms and Conditions of Use establish the main rules presented by the BIONOVIS S/A – BRAZILIAN PHARMACEUTICAL BIOTECHNOLOGY COMPANY, a joint-stock corporation registered under CNPJ/MF no. 12.320.079/0001-17, headquartered in the city of Valinhos, State of São Paulo, Brazil, at 388, Alameda Itajubá, Joapiranga, Zip Code 13278-530.
As a condition for accessing and using the CAREER PORTAL, candidates—referred to here as USERS— must declare that they have fully and carefully read the rules of this document and the Privacy Policy, acknowledging and agreeing to all terms.
The website is intended for people over 18 (eighteen) years of age to use.
1.1. The CAREER PORTAL is a platform dedicated exclusively for candidates (USERS) to provide their personal and professional information available for current and future job openings at Bionovis.
1.2. The CAREER PORTAL provides USERS with information about job opportunities and vacancies available at Bionovis.
1.3. Bionovis uses its best efforts to keep all data and information on the CAREER PORTAL up to date and accurate. However, it does not guarantee infallibility; occasional errors or irregularities may occur.
2.1. These Terms of Use are subject to continuous review and improvement. Thus, Bionovis reserves the right to modify them at any time, in accordance with its purposes and needs, including compliance with laws or regulations that carry legal force. USERS are responsible for reviewing them each time they access Career Portal.
2.2. To use CAREER PORTAL, USERS must first register to have access to job vacancies and provide their specific and informed consent.
2.2.1. Registration to receive job vacancies is open to all USERS. Therefore, the USER must provide accurate, truthful, and updated information.
2.2.2. Bionovis may contact USERS to address questions, complaints and suggestions.
3.1. Use the CAREER PORTAL correctly and ethically, respecting its intended purposes and refraining from using the information provided for commercial purposes.
3.2. USERS agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated registration data to ensure proper functionality of the CAREER PORTAL and allow Bionovis to reach them regarding opportunities. If it is discovered that a USER has provided false or misleading information, Bionovis reserves the right to suspend or cancel their registration, without prejudice against other applicable measures.
3.3. To access the CAREER PORTAL securely and use its functionalities fully, USERS are solely responsible for maintaining compatible devices, Internet access, updated antivirus and firewall protection, duly updated software – such as browsers –, in addition to the adoption of minimum security measures, which includes, but is not limited to, the use of a secure password.
3.4. USERS must implement security measures on their devices to prevent physical and logical unauthorized access, such as passwords and/or biometric verification.
3.5. USERS are responsible for configuring anti-spam filters or similar systems or message redirection settings adjusted so that they do not interfere with Bionovis communications and materials. No excuse is acceptable if you did not have access to an email or electronic message due to the resources mentioned. Bionovis does not send emails or messages containing external links unrelated to its official domain. If USERS receive such messages, they should exercise caution, as they may constitute phishing attempts.
3.6. By accessing the CAREER PORTAL, USERS agree to respect all intellectual property rights belonging to Bionovis, and any third-party rights displayed or made available on the CAREER PORTAL.
3.6.1. All Bionovis product names and logos appearing on this website, whether or not designed with your trademark symbols or format that is different from the surrounding text, are trademarks of Bionovis, unless otherwise stated. All third-party trademarks and product names are the property of their respective owners. Bionovis makes no claims of ownership over them.
3.7. USERS may reproduce content available on the CAREER PORTAL —including trademarks and layout — only with prior written authorization from Bionovis. This also applies to any changes to the material, especially translation or other processing, as well as the transmission of the material.
3.8. USERS acknowledge that the use, redistribution, sale and/or reproduction of any content or part of the content from the CAREER PORTAL must comply with Brazilian copyright law. Unauthorized use constitutes misuse and/or infringement of intellectual property rights.
3.9. The CAREER PORTAL functionalities are offered as a service and do not grant USERS any rights to Bionovis software or IT infrastructure that support CAREER PORTAL.
3.10. Access to the CAREER PORTAL’s programming areas, databases, or web mastering resources is strictly prohibited.
3.11. USERS are prohibited from performing or allowing reverse engineering, translation, decompilation, reproduction, renting, sublicensing, publishing, or distributing the CAREER PORTAL tools or functionalities.
3.12. In CAREER PORTAL, the use of spiders, bots, or data-mining software is strictly forbidden. In addition to anything not specified here, but which acts in an automated manner, either to carry out mass operations or for any other purposes.
3.13. Failure to comply with any of these obligations stipulated here may result in suspension of functionalities, as stated in this document.
3.14. The eventual removal, blocking, or suspension of any content or functionality of the CAREER PORTAL in response to complaints shall be understood as a demonstration of good faith and intent to resolve disputes amicably, not as an admission of guilt or wrongdoing by Bionovis.
3.15. In the event of damage to the CAREER PORTAL or third parties, the person responsible agrees to compensate the injured party for all resulting losses.
4.1. Bionovis is not responsible for any technical problems, bugs, glitches, or malfunctions occurring on USERS’ devices and equipment as a result of regular use of the CAREER PORTAL.
4.2. Bionovis does not uninterrupted or error-free operation of the CAREER PORTAL, as it depends on internet connection and data traffic between USERS’ devices and Bionovis servers. Bionovis is not liable for connection failures, data transfer errors, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers.
4.3. Bionovis is not responsible for direct or indirect damages caused by external factors, such as hacker attacks, system, server or internet connection failures, including malware, viruses, Trojan horses, and others that may affect USERS’ devices or connections during CAREER PORTAL use, as well as the transfer of data, files, images, photographs, texts, logos, graphics, audio or videos contained therein.
4.4. Bionovis is not responsible for USER actions taken directly or indirectly based on information from the CAREER PORTAL, including its rules, information, data, research, reports, regulations, opinions, suggestions and others. USERS must use it sensibly and ethically, based on morals and good manners.
4.5. USERS have no right to demand CAREER PORTAL availability at their convenience or to seek compensation for downtime, regardless of the cause.
4.6. Bionovis may, at its discretion, modify or discontinue (temporarily or permanently) the distribution or updating of the CAREER PORTAL.
4.7. Bionovis reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use and other established rules and criteria, services provided, additional registration fields, and data entry, and everything it deems necessary for the correct functioning of the CAREER PORTAL at any time, without prior notice.
4.8. Bionovis is not responsible for USER navigation through external links on CAREER PORTAL. USERS are responsible for reviewing the Terms of Use and Privacy Policies of any external sites they visit.
4.8.1. Bionovis does not verify, control, approve or guarantee the adequacy or accuracy of third-party information or links. Therefore, Bionovis is not responsible for losses or damages incurred when visiting such websites, and it is up to the interested party to verify the reliability of such information and data displayed before making any decision.
4.9. The CAREER PORTAL and its functionalities are presented to USERS “as is” and are subject to continuous improvement. Bionovis commits to:
(i) preserve the functionality of the CAREER PORTAL, with unbroken links and using layout that respects usability and navigability, whenever possible.
(ii) present functionalities clearly and transparently so that there is an exact understanding of the operations carried out; and
(iii) preserve data integrity using state-of-the-art technology on CAREER PORTAL.
4.10. Bionovis strives for continuous CAREER PORTAL availability. However, there may occasionally be some temporary downtime due to necessary maintenance or even force majeure events, such as natural disasters, failures or collapses in central communication and Internet access systems or third-party events that are outside its sphere of responsibility, vigilance and responsibility.
4.10.1. If this cases, Bionovis will make every effort to restore access to CAREER PORTAL as soon as possible, within the technical limits of its services and third-party services.
4.10.2. Any maintenance procedures that result in downtime of the CAREER PORTAL for long periods will be communicated through official communication channels, including emails, social media, or telephone support.
5.1. Bionovis maintains a dedicated Privacy Policy governing the treatment of information collected through the CAREER PORTAL.
5.2. The Privacy Policy is an integral and inseparable part of the Terms of Use and Browsing Conditions of CAREER PORTAL and may be accessed here or through the link in the website footer.
5.3. In case of conflict between the Privacy Policy and any other provision in this document, the more specific provision shall prevail.
6.1. USER service may be provided through Bionovis service channels highlighted below:

6.2. These Terms of Use and Browsing Conditions are subject to ongoing improvement. Thus, Bionovis may modify them at any time, depending on the purpose of the CAREER PORTAL or convenience of its controlling company, such as for adequacy and legal compliance that has equivalent legal force. USERS must review them periodically whenever they access CAREER PORTAL.
6.3. By browsing the CAREER PORTAL and using its functionalities, USERS agree to be guided by the Terms of Use and Browsing Conditions and the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of access. Therefore, it is recommended that the USER stay updated.
6.4. Tolerance of any non-compliance with the clauses and conditions of this instrument does not constitute waiver or novation of the obligations contained herein nor prevent or inhibit their enforceability at any time.
6.5. If any provision of these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy published on the CAREER PORTAL is deemed inapplicable or without effect, the remaining clauses shall remain fully valid.
6.6. The CAREER PORTAL operates according to the official date and time of Brasília.
7.1. These Terms and Conditions of Use described here are governed by Brazilian law, in the Portuguese language. The Court of the District of Valinhos, in the State of São Paulo, is the chosen forum for resolving any disputes or controversy involving this document, unless there is a specific exception regarding personal jurisdiction, territorial or functional by applicable legislation.
