This Privacy Policy and Use of Cookies aim to demonstrate Bionovis’ commitment to the privacy and protection of personal data collected from its USERS.  It establishes the rules for the collection, recording, storage, use, sharing, and deletion of data gathered within the scope of the website’s services and features www.bionovis.com.br — including the Career Portal, Contact Us, Customer Service (SAC), Whistleblowing Channel (Ethics), Social Media, among others – in accordance with the current General Data Protection Law.

This Privacy Policy and Use of Cookies has been prepared in accordance with Federal Law No. 13,709, of August 14, 2018 (Brazilian Data Protection Law – LGPD).

To define the legal bases to be adopted in the personal data processing cycle, we consider the purpose, necessity, suitability, and the legal basis itself that authorizes the processing of your data. They include:

  • Purpose / Necessity / Suitability: We collect the data you provide for registration, contact, concierge, SAC, whistleblowing (ethics), identification, and social media activities in our job vacancy database, to provide customer service, offer products and services, handle complaints, questions and suggestions, and ensure access to the Bionovis Portal.

The collected data will be stored on servers located in the United States, as well as in an environment utilizing cloud computing resources or servers, which may involve the transfer or processing of data outside Brazil, in the U.S.

It may be necessary for BIONOVIS to transmit your personal data to other partner companies  within the BIONOVIS Group or to external service providers, which may also be located outside Brazil but act exclusively on behalf of BIONOVIS. These providers may, for example, be hired to send product samples and distribute promotional materials. BIONOVIS requires all partner companies and external service providers to process USERS’ personal data strictly in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

USERS may request the display or rectification of their personal data through the following channel:

Using the same tool, USERS may also:

  • If USERS withdraw their consent for purposes that are fundamental to the regular functioning of the CAREER PORTAL, certain services and functionalities may become unavailable.
  • If USERS do not grant their consent for optional purposes related to the sending of information, content, news, and other events relevant to relationship maintenance, the services and features of the CAREER PORTAL will continue to be available as usual.

For auditing, security, fraud control, and rights preservation purposes, we may retain their data records for a longer period in the cases where the law or regulatory standard so require, or when necessary to preserve rights.

BIONOVIS feedback includes addressing questions, business relationships, and new partnerships opportunities.
